Keep in mind that our products are stored* and shipped from a location with cats! We do our best to keep cat hair/dander away from your order, but can’t guarantee there won’t be any exposure.

Costs are calculated in cart and vary depending on the product and your location.
When will my order arrive?
Regular orders generally take 1-3 days to process and ship—shipping times can vary from 1-7 days depending on distance. We ship via USPS and once an item is shipped, its fate falls under their auspices.
Can I track my order?
Yes, we’ll send along an email with tracking info once your order has gone out.
Note: We are looking for a new shipping supplies company because we do not want to support ULINE. We’re going to use up what we’ve already purchased, though, so please bear with us as we make this switch. We are also looking for a better, more environmentally friendly book mailer. If you have recommendations, we’d love to hear them! Women & minority owned small business are always preferred!
If a product arrives damaged, please send your order details and a photo of the damage to firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll send a replacement at no cost and cover the shipping.
Unless damaged—all tea sales are final.
For all other unopened/unused items, we accept returns or exchanges for 14 days following delivery. For returns 15-30 days following delivery, we offer store credit. Just contact us at email@example.com within that window to initiate a return or exchange.
For all general returns, shipping is non-refundable and the responsibility of the purchaser.
